Abortion Paper
Fr. Hollowell has encouraged us to look for ways to reach our classmates and friends at school. One of our ninjas, Livi, wrote a quick persuasive speech against abortion. Here is her speech:
"I am con because it's not right to kill your own baby. I think that if you don't want the baby you should put it up for adoption because there are so many women in the world that can't have a baby. I believe that the baby does feel pain, because that's like saying you can get punched in the face and not feel it. In 2008 1.21 million abortions were performed.
Babies are a gift from God and should be treasured. It's not the baby's fault it came into this world; you brought it here. Every 5 seconds a baby dies from abortion. Your baby/babies are the new generation to come and should get a chance to live.
PLEASE STOP ABORTION!"
